reducing my prices by a percentage

hello, i have noticed that after an item does not sell, it is relisted an the item is "on sale" with a slashed out price and the new discount both showing. How do I do that too ?

That's an option available only to members who have a store. The rest of us have to edit our listings to reflect a lower price.
