Negative Feedback given for impossible order

Byer gave me the address of a frieght forwarding company which was refused delivery by USPS. A Kentuck address rerouted to Greece. Full refund was given via paypal but he still left negative feedback. I think because the refund was given through paypal instead of eBay I cannot open a case. There must be some kind of safeguard against this. This is a impossible order and et I still recieved negative feedback. Thanks

Did you realize that your items are being sold through ebay's Global Shipping Program?  The "Kentucky address" is the sorting center for the program, and Pitney Bowes takes over the shipment from there.

 

Interesting feedback from the buyer... "SAID I LIVED IN KENTUCKY"

 

I think that maybe you need to either read up on how Global Shipping works, or opt out of the program.  You can do both at this link:
