Hi, I have talk with the seller about my item not shipped to me for aboput a month already and a few days ago that seller went out of office so what am I suppose to do. i also tried to open a case but ebay dont let me. is there any way I can get a refund?

You have 30 days past the estimated delivery date shown on the item listing to open a case. Is it past that time? If so, try to open a case in PayPal.

In the future, don't let sellers string you along.
