Hi,
I had a repeat buyer. In May, he bought lingerie from me (5/25/15 to be exact). Last week on 5/31/15, he bought a lingerie set from me that was brand new as well.
We had some pleasant correspondence that ended with him requesting photographs of me. I refused.
He now left me feedback saying that the later purchase he made, a panty and bra set I sold him, was used or counterfeit. How do I make sure eBay will remove negative feedback from him given that he hasn't left feedback for me yet regarding the panties he bought on May 25th?
Would appreciate it a lot. Thank you.
There is no way to guarantee eBay will ever remove negative feedback. It has to fall under the feedback abuse rules or there is nothing they will do. The positive feedback with the negative remark MAY fall under the absue category, even though that is typically used only if a seller makes a negative remark under a positive, it is designed to apply to all members.
