Anyone else having this issue???? When people bid on your items, when viewed on your phone app it is showing retracted bids even when you havent gotten a retracted bid on your item? I have seen others complain about this too and are now accusing sellers of schilling their auctions but its not true and it is hurting sales for good honest sellers. This shows up on my all the time and sometimes will show 4 bids with 20+ retracted bids when I never got an email or even have actual retraced bids. heres a perfect example. i have attached a pic. I just got a bid on one of the items I am selling. I got the notification and checked my phone instantly. It shows 1 bid and one retracted bid already but the bid is still there and nothing got retracted? HOW CAN WE GET EBAY TO FIX THIS! Ive contacted them and they never understand what I am talking about but it makes sellers look bad because people say we are schilling our auctions which isn't the case at all.
