Question about resolving a issue on a refund request.

The buyer for this item (262051689664) requested a refund because they didn't receive the item. They also stated that I did not provide a tracking number. 

 

I did provide the tracking number (9505511055025261517719) and according to USPS it was delivered September 21, 2015 , 1:09 pm.

The return request is still open and my payment has been on hold.  The buyer did not responded to my message and this is the second time I have reported this issue.

 

To my understanding I did everything correct on my part and would like this issue to be resolved.  As of now I do not have product or the money.  Please let me know if there is another step that I might be missing to get this resolved.
