Possible Scammer?

Hello everyone, I recently joined the eBay community to sell my PS4 (while I have used PayPal for 11 years now).

I recently put up my PS4 Bundle for $300 minimum auction and $390 to "Buy Now". The next day, I get 2 emails, 1 that my thing has been sold and the other is that my purchaser checked my contact information. 

A couple hours later, I recieve 5 messages in a row with the buyer requesting my PayPal email so he can "send the money immediately". Immediately I realized that this was  a POSSBLE  scam. However, when I checked his accout hehad 100% positive feedback and 52 stars. However, when I went on his buyer reviews many of the comments were identical.

So my question is: do I wait 4 days to contact eBay, or do I just give him my email?
(PS. After I told him to pay through eBay, he has not responded for about 2 hours now.)
