Package delivered but sent back? Maybe she didn't pay her yearly P.O Box fee?

Hello thank you for any help

I sent a package out to the correct addres and it shows scanned and arrived on time.

Same day it shows tracking has sent it back to my P.O Box where Ipicked it up.

Package is stamed NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESS. UNABLE TO FORWARD

with a finger above it.

Am I covered regarding bad feedback?

I have contacted her to no avail
