Opening an eBay store ~ Bridal Department

Hello fellow ebayers!

I am starting a new store on here to help with inventory. I have personally sold a few items on Ebay BUT not for a place of work. I do not want to have cutomers trying to screw me or my place of employment. What is your best advice to avoid this? Is there any website that can guide me on "buying terms" that i can add to each listing to prevent problems? Also, my boss wants a few pictures of each listing under the no returns policy in the "terms" section...is there ways to do this? Andy rules I should be following? Questions I should be asking?
