Hi,
I´m from Germany and have a problem with a US buyer. He bought 2 headphones on 21.04.2015. After receiving it he told me that the size does not fit and he want to send it back. This was on 01.05.2015. Till now I haven´t received the headphones and PayPal has the money because of the opened eBay case. When will this case be closed automatically?
