I'm trying to set up an ebay store but every time I try, I get a message telling me that I have to have a verified PayPal account.  I've asked both ebay and PayPal's customer service agents about it but no one seems to have a solution to the problem.  PayPal tells me that my account IS verified but I'm still running into the same roadblock with ebay's store application.  I could sure use some help here.  Am I missing something?
