Not able to list Fallout 4 Pre-orders

we are within 30 days of the release date, yet they won't allow any postings of the Fallout 4 game. People are getting around it by posting in a slightly different category, but when I copied them, mine was the one taken down. Why are they not allowing this item to be listed when it follows their rules and why punish people when it's not their fault that ebay is stopping them from doing the correct thing and listing properly?
