Hey guys! I recently upgraded to a basic store. Included in that was the selling manager tool. I have the unpaid item assistant active and it is automatically filing cases against my buyers. Normally that is fine but I have some buyers that need more time for different reasons. I have decided to grant some of them a few extra days but can not figure out how to add extra days onto their due date. I don't neccesarily want to cancel the unpaid item reports in case they don't actually end up paying if that is at all possible. I jsut want to give them more time. Any help would be MUCH appreciated! Thank you!
