Need help.

Hello,

I got problem. Before my problem sorry for my bad english, it's my second language and I'm not great in english. 

I get some screens, so you can see my problem. I paid for item, but item was never received to me. You can see, i got mail from payments from ebay, so I paid it. 

When i click "Track your Other", I open new mirror in my browser and it's mirror from ebay with answer:

" The following critical errors have occurred.

Sorry, you are neither the buyer nor the seller for this transaction. Only the buyer or the seller can access this page. "

But how. I paid it from this, I paid click it from my account on ebay. And I'm not the buyer? 

What can i to do? I'm highly confused and frustrated. Help me please.
