My item was removed

I'm trying to list a toy cap pistol. I have an orange plug in the barrel, plus I have orange paint on the tip of the barrel. It keeps getting rejected stating the policy for toy guns. I do not see what the problem is that prevents me from listing. If someone could take a look (photo attached) and tell me what I need to do I would appreciate it.
