My first return of my products

I have a buyer that had returned the item she purchased from me. I've never had to return so I asked my brother to help me. (I am disabled and have a difficult time learning new things). As per his suggestion, I contacted Ebay. They suggested, since I had recieved the item, to issue a refund. I went to PayPal, found the transaction and issued a full refund. My return policy states buyer to pay shipping. 

I have been in constant contact with this buyer, out of town, will accept return, recieved item, seeking help with return and issuing refund. The next day she open something with Ebay saying I was selling counterfiet murchendise. I've never had a problem. My merchendise is just as advertised, lots of photos and she did this the day after I thought everything had been handled. I'm really confused. Will this hurt my good rating? Why would she do this after I emailed her and told her I had issued the refund? Any thoughts? What can I do?
