Last minute bid cancellation

Hi all,

I just tried selling my iPhone on ebay - I had lots of bidders, and 30 seconds before the auction ended the top bid was $480 - which is near where I was expecting to sell it for. The winner was a buyer in Hong Kong.. but just a few seconds before it ended, the top bidder retracted their bid and it went down to just $230 to another person in Hong Kong with a very similar username... This feels like a scam - I didn't know a buyer could retract a bid like that.

Loosing faith in ebay right now, last time I tried to sell something I almost got scammed by one of those fake "you got paid" emails and was out over $100 in fees for almost a month.

Whats weird is that I don't even ship to China, its not on my list of approved countries

Any thoughts on what I can do? I should have set a reserve so if there isn't anything I can do I guess I'm just out the $25 in listing fees.
