Keeping your account safe- getting rid of followers

Hello.  Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I think it's kind of creepy that other ebay members can "follow" me and have their nose in my business every time I buy or list something to sell. To make it short, does anyone know how to block 'followers', or remove them once they're on your tail ?  I did the block bidders and prevent contact bit, but is there any way of getting rid of a pre-existing condition, ie someone already following ?
