Item I ordered, I paid for, and then seller refunded me with no explaination

Hello,

I ordered an item from a seller (buy it now) and paid for the item immediatly. Within two days the seller processed a refund, but did not tell me why. I have emailed them two times and they will not reply with a reason. Is there anything I can do to report this situation or push for an answer?
