A buyer presumeably sent back an item and opened a case for a refund. I was happy to do so but no item was sent back to me. Ebay refunded the buyer.
Please tell me how this makes sense.
Im struggling to contact ebay US as I live in the UK and they seem to always be closed.
Has anyone else ever experienced something like this?
