I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A SELLER.. AFTER 3 WEEKS MY ITEM WAS NOT SENT. EBAY GAVE ME THEIR NUMBER TO CALL. I WAS ASSURED THE ITEM WOULD BE SENT THE NEXT DAY BUT IT NEVER WAS. I DID FILE WITH EBAY. CALLED THEM AGAIN A GUY TOLD ME I WILL NEVER GET THE ITEM BECAUSE HE DIDN' GET ENOUGH FOR IT. OPENING BID WAS .99 SO MY TOP BID WAS $10.00 NO ONE BID SO I GOT IT FOR .99. SO I JUST NOTICED HE LEFT A BAD FEED BACK ON THE POSITIVE SIDE. ALL HE SAID WAS UNTRUE. BEFORE THIS HAPPENED EBAY TOLD ME HE COULDN'T LEAVE ANY FEEDBACK. I ALSO GOT A TEXT FROM HIM STATING THAT I LEFT BAD FEEDBACK SO HE BLOCKED ME FROM BUYING FROM HIM...SO WHAT! IF YOU DON'T GET ENOUGHT FOR YOUR ITEM...ADD A RESERVE..I CAN'T EVEN ADD MY SIDE TO THE FEEDBACK BECAUSE IT WAS POSITIVE....ANY THOUGHTS OR INFO ON THIS ..I HAVE BEEN BUYING ON EBAY FOR 9 YEARS AND NEVER HAD A NEG.
