I nver paid for item but it shows I paid! Seller shipped to wrong address because it said PAID

Yesterday, I went to pay for an item and change the shipping address.   I set it up to pay but never "Confirmed." becase I realized I should contact seller and have an invoice sent since new address would cost less.  I closed out page and emailed seller.   She replied back that it showed up as PAID (way before I tried to pay)  so she shipped and shipped to incorrect address shown.   When I look at item now it shows that I "paid."  (and has shipped) So now I can't pay, if it wasn't paid.  But how could ebay have paid it when I didn't press Confirm.  And seller said that it later showed up as Non paid.  Ready to blow here.  Now a super heavy object is coming to my house instead of the intended recipient and I will have to deal with reshipping!  UGH.
