How to close the request to cancel this order

Hi,  how I can close or cancel "request to cancel this order" 

 I purchased an item, but there was missing one part.  The only way I find how to contact a seller fast (I'm not familiar to ebuy) through "request to cancel this order" 

We solved a problem, seller will send me a missing part. But seller is asking me "to close the request to cancel this order".  How can I do that?
