How do I list a variety of products in one auction?

Have a few items, all related,and wanted to post in one auction, allowing bidders to choose what they wish.  How do you list?

Let me re-phrase what I mean as I have seen what I had wished to do, done before.... hypothetically, you have shirts and or hats for sale in a variety of sizes and colors and you provide the buyer an opportunity to select.....

There's no auction format that allows choice. If there's related enough, you can look into Variations.
