Hello there,
I sold a brand new ipad with "no retun accepted", but buyer claimed that he had ordered a wrong item, so I decided to accept it back. We have been in touch through ebay Messages. Now, since I dont have any return request in my "Returns", I just want to know how should I inform ebay about this, so that all what I have been charged by ebay and paypal get credited back in to my account if I refund the buyer.
