Is this a misuse of ebay policy? Last year I listed and sold rubber crafting stamps to a buyer. She didn't pay for many items - about 10 of them. I blocked her after the case closed without payment. Now she has bid again (under a new buyer account) on many stamps and has an excuse (much like last time) to not pay for the items within my selling guidelines which are clearly in my listings. How would you handle this situation? It seems to me like she got in trouble with her other account so she started another, causing me to deal with her again. Can I cancel her order and just not deal with her? Will I be in trouble for that?
