Fishy buyer

I am a new seller and have just listed a ring for 4,500 buyout and 3,500 bid. I was quicky 

bought out in just a few hours buy someone who had created his account the same day with no

feedback and was based in Europe... He also won the bid but was asking for more pictures before 

payment. I need some options on what i should do here, if i get the cash can he reverse the 

transaction in any way?
