Feedback for an item purchased

I just recently bought and item off ebay. The item came as described. The way the address was labeled to me was" To me or Current Resident". Since In receive junk mail addressed this way I thought it only would be appropriate for a seller to address this to my name only, since this was a paid for item that I bought. I am having issues deciding what type of "Feedback"to leave for this seller due this type of addressing scheme? Not directly addressing to my name only but instead( to me or current resident ) says to me that this seller does not care very much about the end user. I have never incured this before and don't know how to respond. Thanks
