Greetings,

 

I want to purchase a 2002 Toyota Tacoma that apprears to be in great shape but will need to be transported to my location.  As a buyer, what costs do I incur as a part of the vehicle purchase?  What issues are there with an eBay Motors transaction of which I should be aware?
