Ebay bucks - 13.20

Hi all - just a question about a cancelled purchase that ebay bucks were applied to - however, I had to cancel that order and re-order through the merchant. I was unable to apply my ebay bucks to the new purchase - can anyone advise what to do at this point to retrieve/reclaim my 13.20 that was just credited on 2JULY2015? I really would of liked to have used it on a purchase - but was unable to cancel and called the merchant directly - who invoiced me and I paid full price.

What can I do to get my ebay bucks back?

The seller needs to file the Cancel Transaction through ebay and then the ebay bucks will be returned back to your ebay bucks account.  Then when you make the next purchase in July, you can reapply those ebay bucks.
