Do the estimated funds availability dates change?

Hello, new seller here. I understand all the fund holds and everything. All I'm wanting to know is do the estimated dates of available funds change at all, or are they set in stone? Both of my items were delivered. One has an estimate of June 8, the other June 1. June 8th one has already been delivered and received positive feedback. June 1st was just delivered today and is awaiting feedback. How does eBay/PayPal determine 2 different funds availability dates if both items were sent out the same day (and delivered same day) with 2-day USPS priority?

Basically, if I get part of my funds on June 1, should I contact PayPal and ask them to release the other one since it would have been delivered plus 3 days?
