Didn't receive your item

I ordered something and it had been too long and it hadn't come yet. So I opened a case which I don't like to do. She responded with this message that she was sorry, she sent it out today, and that she had been very sick so that was the reason for the delay. So i ended the case saying I had resolved it. But now again It's been too long and it's obvious she did not sent the package out. Now that I ended the case thinking that was it and I would get the package soon but now haven't for a long time. what do I do. Also I message her asking why I still havn't recieved my purchase and she didn;t respond. What do I do??????
