Didn't receive your item

Hi Ebayers!

I purchased an item and discovered after purchasing that my address was outdated. I wrote immediately to the seller to ask them to send the item to the updated address. I wrote to both contact methods provided by the seller. Both of those messages were sent within moments of the purchase. However, the item was delivered to the wrong address.  I have written to the seller 3 business days ago and I have had no response. 

Help--what can I do to either get my money back or get me item!?!?!
