Didn't receive your item

Hello Everyone,  I purchased a new ryobi pressure washer and immediately paid through paypal. The item was shipped within a couple of days and arrived in my city(Phila.Pa.) by ups.The same day delivery was to be made according to ups the seller made a request to ups to return item back to seller. Now tracking is showing item as delivered but to Maryland where shipping originated.I contacted seller right away and received a response stating they(seller) had somehow made a mistake and received an apology and a promise to resend item but after (2) days have not received a new tracking # or any other response from seller. What should be my next move? Remember ebay is showing the item as being delivered when I tried to file a complaint even though the delivery was back to the seller. Thanks for any helpful suggestions.
