Hello,
I had an item sell and the buyer did not pay. I cancelled the order but when cancelling I put the reason as "the buyer wanted to cancel" Is it possible to "uncancel" the transaction so that I may either open an unpaid case or cancel with another reason which will get me my credit faster? Currently, I cannot do anything with the transaction as I believe the buyer must confirm the cancellation. Seeing that the buyer was not agreeable to the terms, I dont' even expect him/her to respond to my request to confirm the cancellation. What are my options?
The reason for this question is that I am going to be billed the ebay fees for an item that sold but wasn't paid for but I cannot cancel either.
