Defective

I purchased an AC adapter for my MacBook in May of this year, and it stopped working less than 90 days after I received it. I sent the following message to the seller ventefacile:

Dear ventefacile,

After less than 90 days this adapter has completely stopped working. I'd like a new one sent to me ASAP.
Thank you.

I received the following in response:

Dear huwheel,

We are sorry to hear that.

Would you please provide the info about your laptop?
And printed on your original adapter or on the back of your laptop:
1. The output voltage(Volt)
2. The output Current(Amps)
3. The model of your laptop(Such as Axxx)
4. Size of the tip (Magsafe1 or magsafe2? showing as the picture, or please send a picture to show the tip of your laptop . )
And please advise when you bought the laptop ?

Don't worry, we will solve the problem for you.
If you have any further question, please feel free to contact us.
Sincerely,
Tracy

They know all this information, so all this is nonsense, clearly designed to stall the process. I contacted them again and informed them that per their defective return policy I wanted a replacement shipped ASAP or I would file a complaint with eBay and BBB. Unfortunately, since they are based in Hong Kong, I have no recourse via Better Business Bureau. Any suggestions?
