Customer request to cancel

Hi everyone,

I had a customer ask me to cancel an oder for her since she was in the hospital. She didn't pay for the item yet, so I canceled the item and relisted it.

My question is, does the seller take the defect on the performance rating if the reson for the cancelation is due to the buyer's request?
