A buyer accidentally purchased an item from me twice, but only wanted one and so I wanted to cancel the second purchase. The buyer is not too familiar with ebay (hence the double purchase) and so I aked them to accept the cancellation request but they are unsure of how to do so. Is there any other way around this? Can I cancel my "cancelation request" and do an unpaid item case instead? Just want my final value fee credit back.
