I sold an item and had to cancel the order, at the customer's request.  The buyer sent me a message saying she did not want the item and she didn't know how the bid was placed.  I have already been charged for the sale and I haven't heard anything back from Ebay, regarding the cancellation status.  How long will it take to get a credit for this cancellation?
