Cancel a purchase

Hello! I won an auction (Item: Fendi B Shoulder Bag
Item number: 251960959655) and in minute, received a message from seller. Hi asked me "please, don"t pay, besause, winning price is so low and he doesn"t want to sell on that low price"

I said OK, and asked him to cancel trancaction.

He never answered and haven't  cancelled it.

So, bag still in my cart and I receive messages from eBay with reminding of payment.

What I suppouse to do?
