Buyer wants to cancel order because he didnt pay to Local Pickup Only

Good Evening,

      I have a buyer that paid for an item, and he did not pay attention to the "local pickup only".  I tried to help the guy and drove 60 miles out of my way to get a shipping quote anyway.  With that he then wants to cancel the transaction because it was confusing to him?  Anyway if I cancel this order will I get my full amount back to include the fee charged by Ebay?  What are your thoughts on this  situation.  Thank you in advance for your time.
