I have a no return policy due to fit, yet a buyer asked for a return. I made an exception, and accepted the reuest for return with the buyer having to pay the return postage since they claimed it didn't fit. It was then noted by ebay that the item should be returned by 6/25
However, It has been 9 days and I still have not received the return. Do I contact ebay and tell them there has been no additional contact from the buyer and no item returned since it said the buyer was to return the item by 6/25 and that hasn't happenedt? What is my next step?
