Buyer not picking up the package!

Hey guys,

This is my first post and right now I have a situation where the buyer isn't picking up his package for two weeks.

I've sold a smartphone and after he've made the payment, I shipped it right away and when I track the package it said "available for pickup" at post office and that was two weeks ago.

So, I'm thinking maybe he's away or whatever but when I check his eBay page, somebody left a feedback on his page saying "he bid and did not pay!" and that was like 6 days ago where he bidded on a similar smartphone that I've sold him.

I mean, I've got paid so I got nothing to worry about at the moment but I'm afraid this guy is going to open a case saying he've never received the item or whatever he can possibly think of to get the money back.

Also, will USPS mail back my package if the buyer doesn't pick it up in a certain amount of time?
