Buyer meant to leave 5's, left some ones accidentally

Hello fellow ebayers,

Can DSR's be changed by a buyer who left Positive fb? A couple of sales ago I received a + from a buyer. She seemed happy with her purchase but after she left fb, two of my DSR's went way down. (They're back a little because of subsequent sales.) She wrote to me to let me know she has a new ipad, some connectivity issues & meant to leave all 5's. She asked if there is something she can do to change the 1's she accidentally hit & tried to change while she was in the midst of the ipad problems.

It used to be that only negtive fb could be revised.  It's been a back burner issue for me...I'm not a TRS. Still, it would be nice to have the stars reflect the buyers intention.  Anyone know if they can be changed? TIA!

No.  The stars cannot be changed.
