Buyer claimed item was fake, asked for refund

I am more of a buyer than a seller on Ebay. I sold a watch and I did not indicate if it was authentic or not as I do not know and I did want to make false claims. I simply stated " what you see is what you'll get ". I took plenty of pictures so the potential buyer could see exactly the product they would be getting, so there would be no issue. It sold for $360. 9 days later, the buyer claimed the band is fake. Upon google searching what to do in this situation, all signs lead to do a return. Foolish me accepted a return, before calling eBay. When I called, I told them the situation and they told me it sounds like buyers remorse and that if i had originally not accepted the return request, it would have cancelled due to me not claiming the watch was real or not. However, the watch should be here within a couple of days. What recourse do I have, if any? I do not want the watch. Am I just out of luck and have no choice, but to refund the buyer or do I have some hope?
