Buyer asks to remove the import fee

Hello everyone. I just placed a listing and a potential buyer contacted me twice with the request to remove the "import fee". I didn't put any from my side (US) and not sure what I have to remove. Did anyone had a similar situation? I guess that charge is only visible from the Buyer side who is most likelly overseas. I would appreciate all ideas how to handle the situation. Many thanks. Helen
