The winning bidder for an item I auctioned requested via email/message to cancel the transaction 18 hours after the auction ended. If I understand the process correctly, I would have to submit a seller request to cancel the transaction at this point. I'm ok doing that provided a) this doesn't negatively impact my seller rating (I haven't had any other seller-requested cancellations), and b) I get the fees credited back to my account. It looks like I would get the fee credit, but I can't figure out if my rating would get impacted. Can someone answer this? Thanks.
