Hi,

This is my first time doing return process.

The buyer requested return the item and I think I issued return label correctly, but not sure. I Would like to confirm.

I choose buy a label on ebay under send a return label and saw the cost of shipping page.

However, there was no information regarding tracking numbers and insurance purchase.

In addition, it does not charge the shipping cost under my account yet.

After I choose Buy a label on ebay, what options or request or actions need to complete by seller?
