Could be a few possibilities . Lisner , Weiss , Art , Coro are the first that come to my mind . I guess you have scoured these for a signature . Double check the hook on the necklace , I have found tine marks on these before .

I agree with Dana..unfortunately could be any number of mfgs.

Esp as the findings..like the ball dangle & hook are basics that many mfgs used
