It's a 1920s Czechoslovakian custard glass necklace. I sold one way too cheap when I was first on Ebay and have learned better since. If you get the whiter beads under a blacklight, they'll glow.

I agree with the Czech attribution fro Ev. You might want to search a bit using terms like "gablonz" (a location) and "Max Neiger". Neiger pieces sell for $$$$$
